The HempJoy products presented on hempjoy.ch are sold by our distribution partner VaporSpirit, the CBD shop in Zurich. If you use a buy button on this site, you arrive at VaporSpirit's product page. Which payment methods are available there is shown during the order process, in the VaporSpirit shop.
The payment methods described below apply to purchases concluded directly with Vital Joy Schweiz GmbH – in the shop at Rosengartenstrasse 3 in Zurich, for instance, or on express request.
At HempJoy you pay for your CBD order securely, quickly and discreetly. Every common Swiss payment method is available to you – transmitted in encrypted form, without hidden fees and with a discreet entry on your statement.
Our payment methods at a glance
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
Pay for your order directly by credit card. Processing is SSL-encrypted, through certified Swiss payment providers. Your card details are not stored with us.
TWINT
Fast, secure and without a credit card: pay with TWINT straight from your banking app. Ideal for Swiss customers who want to pay from their phone.
Advance payment / bank transfer
After ordering you receive the bank details by email. As soon as the amount reaches us, we dispatch your goods. Recommended for orders from CHF 500.
Invoice (for regular customers & B2B)
Regular customers and B2B partners can order on invoice. Payment term: 14 days net.

All payments and data are transmitted over a 256-bit SSL connection. You can recognise it by the padlock symbol in the browser address bar.
Discreet debit
A neutral description appears on your card or account statement – with no indication of the product contents.
No passing on of data

HempJoy vouchers are available in various denominations and can be redeemed across the whole range. On request via contact.

Are there any fees when paying?
No. Every payment method is free of charge for you.
When is the card charged?
The debit takes place immediately when the order is confirmed. In the event of a cancellation or return, the refund follows promptly.
What should I do if the payment fails?

Can I change the payment method afterwards?
As long as the order has not been dispatched, yes. Get in touch promptly via contact.
